Executive Chef Marco Delgado, who joined Rosie's last fall after stints at Zuma Miami and Nobu Fort Lauderdale, has brought a sophisticated touch to the beloved neighborhood bar's food program without losing the approachable, community-first spirit that makes Rosie's special.
Standouts from the new menu include the Lobster Tacos ($18), which arrive in crispy wonton shells with a mango-habanero slaw that perfectly balances heat and sweetness. The Truffle Parmesan Fries ($12) are the kind of thing you'll order every time you come in. And the Drag Queen Burger ($16) β a half-pound patty with caramelized onions, brie, and a house aioli β is already becoming a signature.
The cocktail program has been elevated as well. The new "Pride Punch" ($14) is a showstopper: a layered rainbow cocktail that arrives in a tall glass with a sparkler. It's theatrical, it's delicious, and it photographs beautifully. The classic Rosie's Martini ($13) remains on the menu, because some things should never change.
Rosie's is open daily from 11 AM to 2 AM. Happy hour runs Monday through Friday, 4β8 PM. Reservations recommended for weekend evenings. 2449 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors. (954) 567-1234.
