New Craft Cocktail Bar Opens on Wilton Drive
A new craft cocktail bar called 'Spectrum' has opened at 2100 Wilton Drive, bringing a sophisticated mixology program to the neighborhood with locally sourced ingredients and a rotating seasonal menu.
A new craft cocktail bar called "Spectrum" has opened at 2100 Wilton Drive, bringing a sophisticated mixology program to the neighborhood with locally sourced ingredients and a rotating seasonal menu. Head bartender Alejandro Cruz, formerly of the Broken Shaker in Miami, has created a menu of 20 original cocktails, each named after a color of the rainbow.
"We wanted to create a space where the drinks are as thoughtful as the community," said co-owner Jamie Chen. "Every cocktail tells a story." The bar also offers an extensive natural wine list and a small plates menu from guest chefs.
